COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Atlas Copco BSM 43180C-R2.5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cleveland-Motion-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the BRS368H130ABA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A72A10B10000 manufactured by Cleveland-Motion-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Cleveland-Motion-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BG3D6302H8 by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warner Brand AH36190 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A97L01180890 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BLMS45E30TNB made by Okuma as well as the popular AKM43EEKCNR01 original spares produced by Kollmorgen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AKM41ECNCR00 by Danaher and A97L01180890 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BMQ2243 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Flexaline. |
