COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Atlas Copco 8433 2940 00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Quartech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Quartech such as the 9800ACAB019800ACAB01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 92Y01800 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A16B2200069213B by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand BN111B051andKSMB401A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A05B2255C101EAW equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 949ICP102054701 made by Masterpower-Electronics as well as the popular AST3501T1 original spares produced by Proface Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A02B0051C392 by Fanuc and A05B2255C101EAW spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BIPCRSMB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Benshaw. |
