COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Arnold Muller Amk DS4-1-6-R00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Axiomtek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Avtron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aximotek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Axiomtek such as the AX6166LET spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K514D16865 manufactured by Avtron and we are pleased to be able to service most Avtron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature p6152pr by Manufacturer Aximotek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Automation-Direct Brand E7T6C08812B07 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Atb such as SRBFUO equipment made by Atb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Atb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Atb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A94W made by Asahi-America as well as the popular EDS6MF original spares produced by Avg Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 143610C by Aschenbrenner and SRBFUO spares by Atb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HB8340G001MO Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco. |
