COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Areoflex, Weinschel, Sony 8210A-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Asem products, including obsoleted and phased-out Auo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Automationdirect product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Asem such as the Compatto spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G07QN01V2 manufactured by Auo and we are pleased to be able to service most Auo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CX0E1RP05016V by Manufacturer Automationdirect as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Arteco Brand MEPS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Automation such as D408ND3S equipment made by Automation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Automation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Automation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8215A040VM made by Asco as well as the popular CSXI055V6C1 original spares produced by Aucom Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EMX3070B7C1H by Aucom-Starter and D408ND3S spares by Automation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PF307GHW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Atlas. |
