COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Applied Robotics QS-1500LRNP-T4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Automation-Direct products, including obsoleted and phased-out At-controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ashcroft product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Automation-Direct such as the E7T6C08812B07 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FD93X30027SXX manufactured by At-controls and we are pleased to be able to service most At-controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K7M0142HM500 by Manufacturer Ashcroft as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Arpeco Brand 2291 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ati such as QC110ET equipment made by Ati have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ati products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ati" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EF8215C053 made by Asco as well as the popular X8030A7J0749 original spares produced by Asco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Compatto by Asem and QC110ET spares by Ati are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ENC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Autotronics. |
