COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Applied Motion STAC6 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ashcroft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ashcroft product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ashcroft such as the K7M0242P4100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6421138F manufactured by Asm and we are pleased to be able to service most Asm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NPIN4DLS02 by Manufacturer Ashcroft as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Areoflex,-Weinschel,-Sony Brand 8210A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Auto-Strong such as M768 equipment made by Auto-Strong have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Auto-Strong products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Auto-Strong" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8220G411 made by Asco as well as the popular 18304X original spares produced by Atlantic-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8210G022 by Asco and M768 spares by Auto-Strong are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 392010094190 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aro. |
