COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Applied Motion HT34-47 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Asahi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asi-Prg-adr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Arris product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Asahi such as the 130NK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ASI manufactured by Asi-Prg-adr and we are pleased to be able to service most Asi-Prg-adr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TKD4580 by Manufacturer Arris as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Autotech-Controls Brand E5ND03605MOMC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Autonics such as E80H3010246L5 equipment made by Autonics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Autonics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Autonics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EMX3700B7C1H made by Aucom as well as the popular M150XN04 original spares produced by Au-Optronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the APEX8000X8027A0T by Automax and E80H3010246L5 spares by Autonics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A6454AAF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Automatic-Valve. |
