COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Applied Motion BluAC5-S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Atlas-Copco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Apv product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Atlas-Copco such as the 4240044281 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8220G025 manufactured by Asco and we are pleased to be able to service most Asco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature J040139 by Manufacturer Apv as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Asco Brand 8340A3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Applied-Motion-Products such as STAC5 equipment made by Applied-Motion-Products have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Applied-Motion-Products products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Applied-Motion-Products" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CX0E1RP05016V made by Automationdirect as well as the popular CS221 original spares produced by Atten Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EX4000 by Atex and STAC5 spares by Applied-Motion-Products are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EFHC8320G41 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco. |
