COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Andover Controls NC2-F-0320X0A00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew-Eurodrive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the TE741738F0031221 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PPCR022NNV2NNNNFW manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSKF521CMP63LKYVRAS1HSM1 by Manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ormec Brand ORN50CFEH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as TKM8361000 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TPRMIM229000586 made by Cabletron as well as the popular RAD122017 original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PC670870T12WUSB by Siemens and TKM8361000 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P420 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
