COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Andover Continuum 33248 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Erhardt+leimer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Saginaw product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance-Electric such as the 052808 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 328998 manufactured by Erhardt+leimer and we are pleased to be able to service most Erhardt+leimer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 000W544817 by Manufacturer Saginaw as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand 1HNRSFW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Convergent-Energy such as 3230713 equipment made by Convergent-Energy have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Convergent-Energy products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Convergent-Energy" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 827204 made by Horton-Asahiseiki as well as the popular 5089880 original spares produced by Krauss-Maffei Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0600314B by Baldor and 3230713 spares by Convergent-Energy are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0490119 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance-Electric. |
