COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Amston Scales ASKL575K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Applied-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Applied-Materials parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Apex-Dgd-Touch-Screen-Mpro400sg,-S-961450-150 product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Applied-Motion such as the STAC6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 249161514 manufactured by Applied-Materials and we are pleased to be able to service most Applied-Materials systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature APEX by Manufacturer Apex-Dgd-Touch-Screen-Mpro400sg,-S-961450-150 as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Appleton Brand JBES5656201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Asco such as 629169 equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PM02SR125 made by Anderson-Instruments as well as the popular 2126302RF original spares produced by Asco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F48B19A05 by Ao-Smith and 629169 spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 487066580 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asg. |
