COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Amston Scales AMSD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Anam-Di-Tech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asahi-Engineering parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Anam-Di-Tech such as the AFI3KS500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IDX10 manufactured by Asahi-Engineering and we are pleased to be able to service most Asahi-Engineering systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HMT341 by Manufacturer Asi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Appleton Brand JBE7556201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Asco such as EF8220G025 equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XSF1 made by Aqua-Labratories as well as the popular LC050200D0TTR2 original spares produced by Anorad Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8210G089 by Asco and EF8220G025 spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K7M0142HM500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ashcroft. |
