COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Altera Statix EP2S30F484C4, parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Amada products, including obsoleted and phased-out Applied-Microbotics-Corp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Amada such as the LCD150110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0120505 manufactured by Applied-Microbotics-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most Applied-Microbotics-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 831674 by Manufacturer Asco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Aqua-Labratories Brand XSF1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Anorad such as D40223 equipment made by Anorad have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Anorad products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Anorad" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P261DO made by Api-Controls-Division as well as the popular 82178 original spares produced by Ami-Elektronik Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11BRW300M10B by Api-Harowe and D40223 spares by Anorad are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 276217 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Amci. |
