COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Adret/ Eaton 2974641 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Advantech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Adstec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Advanced product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Advantech such as the M71GX1V110C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DVMSA5015 manufactured by Adstec and we are pleased to be able to service most Adstec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B100A40 by Manufacturer Advanced as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 142497 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Advanced-Motion-Controls such as B25A20INSCI equipment made by Advanced-Motion-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Advanced-Motion-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Advanced-Motion-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NDRIVEHPE20IOMXH made by Aerotech as well as the popular 104C30EJ22 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MT300PHS by Aerotech and B25A20INSCI spares by Advanced-Motion-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NDRIVEMP10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aerotech. |
