COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ac Technology ESMD552L4TXA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Accord-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aerotech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Accu-sort product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Accord-Controls such as the A5217AT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CE1617161 manufactured by Aerotech and we are pleased to be able to service most Aerotech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10A1Z05EM by Manufacturer Accu-sort as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Adimec Brand Adimec1600m in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aeg such as THYRO equipment made by Aeg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aeg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aeg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MH5150C made by Ac-Technology as well as the popular MX50A16M original spares produced by Aerotech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BA10160 by Aerotech and THYRO spares by Aeg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCA740F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Advantech. |
